Typical Flow Characteristic

For control applications a wide variety of actuators and accessories can be provided.  At moderate pressure drop conditions, turndown approaching 100 to 1 can be achieved because of the camming action of the disc opening.  The disc lifts off the seat very quickly and an equal percentage control curve is produced between Disc angle of 15° and 75° .
